Based on the book The Sustainability Mindset, this interactive training offers you a simple yet powerful tool for understanding and analyzing your business model that will aid in making strategic decisions in to strengthen the organization.
This hands-on clinic is for teams that including the executive director (mandatory) and 2-3 other key leaders from board and/or staff. All attendee teams will get support in using the Matrix Map template to create a visual analysis of their current business model.
Participants in this session will learn about a simple yet powerful framework for analyzing and adjusting their business models using the Matrix Map, a practical tool for determining the current impact and financial performance of core programs and fundraising activities.
